Don’t know what RSS is or how to use it? Basically RSS is and acronym for “Really Simple Syndication” used to syndicate information (news, blogs, etc). For readers, it allows you to bring all of your information into a location of your choice. For website authors, it provides a way to syndicate your content. I found this simple video at Jack Humphrey’s blog. It does a great job of explaining both what RSS is and how to use it.

On May 8 2007 Google announced the release of a new redesigned Google analytics interface. The announcement was made at the eMetrics Summit in the bay area. The new look is being added to existing Google analytic accounts in the coming weeks. If your running any type of ad campaign, and your not tracking its performance, then your probably making a big mistake. Google Analytics is a pretty good tool for such tracking.

Cache Date as the New Google PageRank. Aaron’s posted a short piece on his blog . What I found interesting about this, is its rarely referred to as being important. My feeling is that the cache dates value is underrated because its an indication of the websites health.
Given Google’s reliance on core domain authority and displaying outdated PageRank scores, cache date is a much better measure of the authority of a particular page or site than PageRank is.
