Adwords is allowing exclusion from Domain Ads

AdWords is apparently giving limited access to use this added functionality in the Site Exclusion Tool. The new feature allows advertisers to prevent their ads from displaying on domain ad pages (Those pages that you see when you search for a domain that exist but only for the purpose of displaying advertisement).
