TIP: New Client does not understand SEO
We often come face to face with small business owners that suffer from RTC (Resistance to change). They have no website, no email and “I have been running my business this way for X number of years just fine without it”. They are however speaking to me for a reason.

For example – If the client does not have a website, we don’t spend much time talking about marketing with them until we feel the time is right, now this maybe weeks or months later but by now the client has a better understanding of why they need to market their website.
Either because the OWWW and AHHH effect of having a website has worn off OR because they thought that having a website would mean instant revenue for their business. At this point in time the client is usually contacting us and asking questions about traffic and that leads into SEO.
